The mission of the Holtville Elementary Media Center is to enable the students and staff to become effective users of ideas, information, and resources with various formats. The learners will access, evaluate, and organize information by utilizing an up-to-date and appropriate collection. This will be accomplished by providing a qualified staff in a child-centered, welcoming environment.
